To extradite someone, it first has to go through British courts, then, naturally, Wirah would appeal through the various levels. Since it took YEARS to try to extradite the guy who hacked the US Military, this is a total non-starter. Nice try though :)
Not to mention if he were extradited it would be under the jurisdiction of the US Marshals and then either the FBI or the Secret Service, not the bloody NYPD :P
Ill let u know what the NYPD say though. It might be under the FBI etc but they might have some info for me.
