you can go onto 'private property' until you are ASKED TO LEAVE. As long as you do so then, no back-chat, you cannot be done. You can say you were lost or taking a short-cut, or some bloke said it was OK or say nothing at all - you cannot get done for it if you leave when told to.

the thing is we've already been told that we are asked not to go on deer's leap property. essentially that's being asked to leve in advance. also they'll probably send a couple of bobbies wioth us around the perimeter like they did last time
