6:33 am 18th July Only so many can get to the fete where the JA are playing. But we all have supermarkets selling (very expensive!) 'Innocent' drinks.
Supermarkets have those shelf edges with plastic covers so they can slide price labels in, special offers etc. We could slide cards into these all over the country saying that 'Innocent' have a $cientology front group playing for their villiage fete.
That 'Innocent' and are exposing our kids to a cult. Just a few words, a link to the band web site, the fete web site and youfoundthecard.com would be enough.
Sheesh! One look at the band web site would put most people off... Hit them where it hurts most, one fete is one fete, but countrywide sales and negative (though truthful) PR would be easy, effective, cheap and anons all over the place can get involved. |

8:14 am 18th July Lets put this into perspective. Innocent drinks are a company that made the mistake of hiring a scilon band for one event and are being a bit arsey about it.
The church of scientology is a worldwide criminal organisation that routinely harass and sue their critics, disconnect their members from their families... you know the story.
Wouldn't spending this much energy on Innocent be diverting us from a far more deserving target?
TL:DR: STAY ON TARGET |

8:24 am 18th July I can't find the names of 'Innocent's' PR team (only two people it seems) If you get their names and they are not clams, then i will shut up.
But, i have a hunch... |

8:46 am 18th July 'Innocent's' PR is legendary. They are held up as an example of damn good, innovative product placement, PR, ethos and much else besides. You'd think that alongside the founders their PR team would also be splashed about all over the business, PR, marketing, advertising sites.
But they're not... I found out it's only a team of two people, and that's about it. Just want to run their names through the clam course list.
Too many little clues and then a big black hole at the centre. Puzzling... |

7:01 pm 18th July I wouldn't suggest doing this although it is actually quite a clever and unique idea, this would piss of the Innocent corp, and WE DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT. They may be acting a bit arsey as already stated about the ordeal, but from the other bits of info I heard they hadn't realised they were a front, but having signed them on contract for the fair have no other real option. Also, if they're pissed at us, as putting this in concern of their stock will probably effect sales, it's likely they will more then happily remove us from the fare immediately - again bad. |

12:01 pm 21st July I don't think hiring a Scientologist band is a mistake at all. They're a huge company who would have done research for this 'fete' and think of all the bands they COULD have hired.
TL;DR? Don't be a dick. Innocent know what they're doing. |

Ah god the faggotry is entoxicating. Excuse me whiles I find a gun to shoot myself in the foot with. Hopefully that'll be a distraction from the increasing number of annoyingly pathetic idiots who are coming onto the site. |

6:19 pm 23rd July >6260 The $cinos have infiltrated government departments in the past, I don't think getting into a crappy village fete disguised as a swing band is that difficult. Put yourself in the position of the promoters - do you think they are doing background checks on well established entertainers in case they might be involved in a mind control cult?
I don't think so, put the tinfoil down and think about this logically for a minute. The reason Innocent are being arsey about it is pure PR. Do you really think they want to now become embroiled in our fight, as a business? For fucks sake, they probably know fuck-all about $ci in the first place.
I am in no way saying that this event shouldn't be protested, it definately should. Innocent are going to get the point, DON'T HIRE SCIFUCKS - THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS.
And trust me, word will spread, the JA will get less and less work and will end up scrubbing bogs in the RPF for failing at the tech so bad.
TL;DR Protests good, tinfoil bad.
PS. and lulz are good too. |

4:16 pm 1st August quote 6037 thread starter
'Only so many can get to the fete where the JA are playing'
But the JAs play all over the place so keep an eye on here;
jiveaces.com/gig_guide/index.html
to see where they will be in the near future and voice your concerns locally and to the organisers/promoters |
