Right, the signs thing- I wouldn't worry too much about them, as long as they're good humoured in some way- during the London ones there was loads of srs bsns going on on part of the LGBT community itself, so as long as you don't go OTT- should be fine.

We had one simple 'FREE HUGS// XENU.NET' sign- people were very receptive.

Also, business cards worked brilliantly- though we ran out before the parade had even started.

Which is the last thing- try, if you can, like we did- getting IN to the parade ;) It was awesome, though it is quite hard to escape it once you get moving =P

Ofc, I'm aware it may be different in Brighton, being the gay capital and that- but I still don't see how it'll be much different to in London.

Business cards with the URL of the new forum would be good.
It's usually possible to sneak in the gaps in the Brighton parade,so Anon should definetely do that!.
Narc's classic 'Scientology is homophobic' sign would be very useful.
