6:31 pm 19th May Just a few thoughts I've had, firstly the train is going to be namefag central, you're almost certainly going to be getting watched from at least Victoria all the way down to East Grinstead, and constantly after arrival.
The second is that the protest is quite likely to directly hurt the lower down people who're most likely to be discontent (such as the EPF) since this will cause their only free time during the entire week and their chance to buy any personal items to be canceled and probably boost resentment toward us. Not to mention most of the population will either be Scilon, Ex-Scilon, or sympathetic with the Scilons, I'm not sure the win outweighs the negatives. |

7:00 pm 19th May there will be chaos and resentment. these things damage scientology more than anonymous, and will last beyond the day of the protest. |

7:05 am 20th May I think we should keep our masks on at all times and take all the food and water we need with us
I also think we should go back to East Grinstead at some point. It's too good a target not to hit repeatedly. |

1:47 am 21st May As long as everyone is careful, they should be ok, but the risk of namefagging is much more severe than at the London protests, I'd expect scilon shopkeepers etc to possibly share CCTV that could be used to ID you, so don't take any risks in demasking to buy stuff. Don't get seperated from your groups if you can avoid it, and I'd advise keeping a clear personal space around yourself even when talking to people to remove any possible allegations.
If they're going to try anything untoward, this is the most likely place they'll do it. |

12:33 pm 22nd May The proportion of the population which is Scilon is still pretty low. Most ex- and non-Scilons are not sympathetic to the Scilon presence in EG. Bringing it up works in our favour.
But yeah, be careful. |

12:24 am 26th May This thread is relevant to my cautious interests.
I think keeping our masks on on the train to EG is a good idea. Maybe we can meet somewhere that isn't Victoria and go from there together? I don't know. Basically I don't want to turn up at Victoria and be like o sup, then put on my mask. There's bound to be scifags there, they can read what we're writing and all that.
Also I think the points about the CCTV etc are good, I'll be keeping my mask on the whole time basically at EG. And on the way back. Until I think it's safe to take it off. I will also be bringing a light scarf and some big sunglasses to wear if for some reason I do want to take off my mask.
I think we just need to be extra careful on Saturday. Super duper careful. |

12:08 pm 26th May Make your own way to the train or go in groups of 2-3 people. Then, in the train, join the people with the masks at the front/back, and from there go masked. |
