Clapham Junction is easier for me, but not by much. OTOH, a CJ rally point would be very handy for anyone coming in from the South-West.

East Grinstead trains go from Victoria via CJ - With a bit of pre-planning, Clapanons could link up with the Vicfags on-train

Clapham would be easier for me, but it might be a bit complicated... We would need to get our mobile phones coordinated very well.

As long as we're on the same train as them I think we could find them easily (walk up and down till we find the ones with the signs and caek)... and if we're all aiming for the same train then we'd probably end up on the same platform at CJ anyhow.
