By all accounts, most of the Saint Hill garrison are $cilons from elsewhere in the country. Your average local normal in the area is either Neutral or Anti; They'll have seen CoS BS up close.

I forsee fertile ground, and much local support (which may be needed, if the $cifags go on the offensive, which they probably will - Defend The Mothership, and all that)
