Will the cake table be there?
I could muster something of the sort but it wouldn't be half as big, though as i would be using a trailer, it would make transport of water and all delicacies much easier.
Point is I'm lazy to make it and it wouldn't fit with my attire.

A table wasn't really needed. I think we just used the ground. Trailer/box with wheels would be awesome. Groundsheet would be fine.

depends on numbers for june!
with the amount we had in may, was fine using the floor.

if in june we completely rape numbers (LOTS OF US) it means there might not be room on the ground.

well my solution would give a bit of space for cake, and a stocking partto put heavy stuff like water for me to transport(this part would be covered and as such, offer a bit of protection from the sun(which means no overheating water)

I'll get going on the table part, I took some cardboard and made some kind of sun protection on the size for people who are too hot. The trailer looks like some ind of ice cream truck. Pictures to follow soon.

cardboard is fail, I'll try to make a structure and put some fabric on it, table ready to go.
